            Cheers, Les.
The OP was extremely lucky on this one. Pieces like this rarely turn up on flea-markets. Here and there you can find people who sell a bunch of TR stuff but most of them are fakes (so bad that even I can recognize and I only collect gasmasks ) sold as original. So don't hold your breath on flea-markets. Try to find out if there are fairs at the locations you are going, that's were you can still find good stuff if you know what to look for.

they put it on the side for me, most of the third reich in flea markets doesnt even hit the tables, it is put aside for known buyers who flash the most cash to them and whichever one get to them first, hence getting up at 500 am or so. even when it is reserved for you, you rarely turn anything up worth interest or in super condition, it is a good network though for ek2s and pab s at the most.

i think most of the cross collectors here on the forum know this way whom live here in mainland eu.

You are indeed correct ... most of this stuff is what I call " tourist pieces ".
I once attended, not so long ago, a huge open-air flea market in Bruges and ran across a German guy with a few TR items.
Asking him if he had more goodies, he pulled out a nice diplay crammed with TR stuff.

And yes ... I'm sure you can find a original DKiG for 75 € and an SS TK ring for 100 € . Beware is the slogan !

It's interesting to see the maker mark stamped in that position.
