1939 EK2 Unmarked

Hi,
Opinions on this unmarked 1939 EK2 please. It measures 43mm x 43mm. Weight is 18gms. Is of 3 piece construstion. Core is magnetic - frame halves are not. Core is also loose.

hi i dont think the cross is so good. i am a begginer, true, but i think the date 1939 is a bit odd.that is mine opinion.
