Third Reich manufacture 1914 EK1?

Hello EK people.
I believe this 1914 EK1 to be of Third Reich manufacture based on its hardware.
Do you all agree? Is it a known version, or maker?
I'm thinking of buying it to fill a void in my collection.

Look's like a clossed 4 (on 1914).
I know S&L, L/54 and Deschler with this distinctive number design.
The clasp look's like S&L.
