I don't mean to sound obtuse, but what does this mean? I've always had good luck with Bill Shea, and found him highly principled. Maybe he's unaware of his Floch?

I tend to think this type of slip is bound to happen when you are selling many pieces. I have perfect faith that a seller like Bill Shea who is moving top-shelf items with sizable values wouldn't risk it all for a measly $400 cross. I'm not familiar with his operation enough to know if he's got people helping him organize and list the items but if so it's also possible it slipped his staff. Also dealers specialize in different things and Bill Shea is very knowledgeable with headgear, you can't expect a dealer to be without error in a subject as big as TR militaria with all the little sub-categories, etc...

BTW I'm not affiliated with him in any way and have never met him before... I just know him by reputation and I visit his site often.

            This is Bill Shea
I appreciate the emails from a few customers/friends to make me aware of this. I just looked at my example and fully concur with the observations. I shall take immediate action to remove it from the site. With over 4,700 items listed, it is indeed difficult to police each item.
Therefore, the watchdog service provided by knowledgeable collectors, presented in a fashion that it can be a learning experience for all of us, is refreshing.

The most correct way to deal with it.

              Best regards, Les.
