It looks like an S&L-type cross, original. Why it is filed so heavily at 1:00 on the beading above the swasi is odd. The narrow swasi reminds me of a '123', but I am not conclusive.
I wouldn't even consider buying this one when there are so many better examples out there.
It looks ok but as Robert points out, the heavily filed inner corner is very strange. Unless it's only $5 or a very rare maker - save your money and buy a better one.
