    EK2 opinion

    It looks like an original ek, what is your opinion?
    I cant see any maker mark in the ring, can somebody see what maker it is?
    The ek2 is magnetic

    Ive you need better close-ups just ask.

              At a guess I would say early as it is a very crisp strike. Most '55's are found with awful beading and poor quality, I'm guessing the tooling used in the manufacture of the cross became mis-aligned or worn and this reflected in the quality of the crosses.
              This is just my opinion and others may say something different, for example, the quality started off poor and improved over time, making this a later cross but hopefully other members can give their thoughts too.
