'39 + '14 EKII opinions

I bought these 2 crosses 6 months ago, but I never knew 100% sure if they were both real, so I'll give it a go now.

EKII '39. I think it is a real souval, but the marking on the ring is very hard to read.

It is for certain no Souval. I'll dig into my files and try and tell you what it is.

Hmm, that's a pitty. The seller gave me the sack with it of which he thought was the original. It was meant for a 98 Souval and I also saw a mark on the ring which included something like a 9 or 6 on the ring, but it's just to hard to read properly. Oh well, I'm still learning.

And I'm not giving up looking for the correct maker. I've got to run for now, but I'll be back into the box of crosses a little later on today.

This cross I do not have in my collection. At first I thought it may have been a Fritz Zimmermann, but I passed on that. Then a '120', but still no perfect match. I just cannot find it. I am sorry. Someone else will help.

As Robert said, it is not a Souval. Can you post a pic of the makers mark please?
