German Cross In Gold- opinions please

    Hello

i have been offered this DKiG and am interested in getting it.

However I am really out of my field here as to it being original or not. My gut feeling says it is good but as we know, gut feelings count for nothing in this field.

    opinions appreciated

    cheers

                        thanks.

Is the pin ok? I have seen them with tapered ends only.

                          light zimmerman, not heavy
pin is restored not from a cross

There is the gap between top rivet and hinge plate. That is more like heavy. Recessed catch plate. That is more like light.

If this cross still had the swastika, what would be the value (at dealers rates)?

                              thanks
