This is an atypically under-flamboyant Blood Order FANTASY bar, with characteristic device invariably pronged through to dress up this trash.

ALWAYS remember: the Blood Order was FLAUNTED by its bizarre unique method of wear on the right pocket flap of uniforms. It will NEVER, EVER be found as an insignificant ribbon bar ribbon on any tunic which had breast pockets. EVER.
