magnetic center, and did they ever make these with a magnetic frame? Magnet seems to stick to all but the pin.

Is there another tinier mark on this ? Now that i looked at it closer they seem like marks from something else, and just marks. Anyway ....how unusual is L/13 wouldnt thinks it too awful unusual. anybody have any 13s out there for comparison? thanks.
