DKiG 10 o'clock variant? Mean?

On many of the DKiG, especially the Zimmerman light weight crosses, I have heard of many people discuss the 10 o'clock flaw.

Could someone elaborate for those of us who don't have the DKiG or DKiS specialty book on this variant?

A cross with this variant does what to its demand and price?

It's not a "Variant", it's just a flaw that shows up in that particular area of the starburst.
