Spanish Cross in Bronze with Swords?

Hi folks.

I am one of the recent members and would like your opinion on a Spanish Cross I have in my now dwindling collection.

I've had this for about 23 years or so and always thought it to be genuine.
However a friend of mine had a look and said otherwise. So now I'm confoosled

I do not like the catch (looks post war ish) and i do not like something called L/32.
It just sounds too unknown. Wait for others to reply as well
