Cross with swords ?

I hoped some of you experienced collectors would be able to help me with regards to this cross.

any information as to what it is, and if it is authentic would be greatly appreciated.

It's a crude copy of the Knights Cross of the War Merit Cross with swords.

Looks liket it is made out of pure lead.

I be it is very heavy.

I second what Adrian says, and add that it looks like it was cast with a lead alloy judging by how malleable the metal appears to be.
