I have been offered this Deutsche Cross in Gold on what looks like a Luftwaffe backing by the family of an ex Brit Vet.
Could you plese let me have your opinions good or bad as the the authenticity of this badge.
Could anyone give me an idea of the value of this badge on its own?
It will come come with a grouping of Bomber badge in silver, Recce bar in bronze, Iron Cross, cased merit cross, Iron Cross 2nd Class and KVK without swords but no documentation as to who the original owner was.
