    Brass cored EK1-Who is the maker?

    I have bought this brass cored EK1 from Dion and have been struggling with the search of the maker with no conclusion.
    Could you please be so kind to identify the maker for me? Unmarked Zimmerman?
    Also, what's the story behind those brass cored EK1's?Were they early war? KM issue?

          Early but not KM

          Hello Ace,

          As has been said it's an early one. I don't think the old theory of them being for KM is considered correct anymore.
