1939 EKII Deschler Round 3

2 very nice 'Swaz on base' variants! Roberts backside and part of the 12 o' clock arm is stippled as it should be but the rest of the obverse makes me wonder if it's repainted? Or maybe the original paint flaked off showing the stippled core?

Even with the paint the stippling of the core is usually pretty obvious.
It does look like it was re-painted.


The only Deschler round 3 in this thread is are the crosses like the one in the first pic of this thread.

The maker(s) of the other round 3 crosses is still unknown.

Well, with the 10X loupe and a blacklight I should have the answer to this. If so, it goes back ASAP.
