I am unsure if a consensus has been reached on this subject, but here is another one that has the other '65' mark.

Sorry for the poor pictures, but my digital camera does not do close-ups well so the scanner is all I have.
The cross appears to be a buntmetal version, and after staring at pictures of the various 65 versions posted here, the pin, hinge and catch appears to match all the accepted versions. As well the pattern on the front matches the other 65's as best as I can tell.
I think the theory that there are 2 '65' mm's is correct. This type found on the early buntmetal types, and the more acceptable 65 found on the zinc version as well as on the EK 1.
