2 EK2 1939 with some strange aspects - Opinions

Hello People,

I bought these 2 EK2 in a large lot of awards, but they have some diffents aspects. I'm doubt...

First: The frame is up in the right side of hakenkreuz...

Secound: The frame is strange for me in the junction of the sides... The ring have marks, I think that is 58.

Both are original EKs. The first one has a twisted frame, it looks like a Zimmerman (?) can you post a pic of the makers mark? The swastika has moved under the frame slightly, maybe as a result of the mis-shapen frame which is nothing to worry about.
The second (IMO) is by the unknown maker '75' which, if I'm right, means the makers mark could be a post war addition.
