German Cross in Gold

Any thoughts on this German Cross. The Pin has been replaced or resoldered at the top. Maker's mark "20".

Hello,
Judging from the reverse alone, I'd pass rather quickly on this one. The hinge and rivits are definite no no's by any of the known makers! Just my 2 cents.
