I'm wondering,,am I the only one who is skeptical about these so called "hoardes?",,,last time I mentioned this I got called a troll,,,well I'm just trying to stimulate some conversation here,,,I guess I just question the integrity of those involved with the finding and discovering of these hordes.
So I question the hordes themselves,,,"if you lie down with the dogs,,you'll get up with the fleas"

Being skeptical never hurts but the items have checked out. Unless you think they found the dies etc and made them all in a basement somewhere.
The weitze photo shows some period Deschler invoices - I am amazed that they have not been put up for sale
Jon I have found 3 more attic photos in my archive and will PM them to you today please post !!!!! (ps not my attic) What you will quickly notice is the very very poor storage conditions. Considering the general state of the medals it is amazing that any of them survived let alone as mint as they are.
How many other hoards are out there ?
Once again I cant remember where I originally sourced them from apols if I have annoyed any one
