Jumpring marked EKII

Hi, found this on Tradera (Swedish Ebay) and am a bit curious who the maker might be. Too bad the pics are not that good but they are the only ones i got. What makers used to mark the jumpring more than #24?

Well it's not a '24' and I don't believe it is a makers mark of any kind, more likely to be a manufacturing mark like this one discussed here:

It's a bit hard to tell by the photos provided but if you take a look at the pic below I've enlarged the area concerned and I think you can see the mark on both sides of the ring, like it was pinched hard in pliers or a vice type tool.

IMO a standard EK II with tool ruts on loop ring.
