picked this up today....pretty sure it cant be real...right?
but it has some interesting characteristics...catch is otto schinkle(hope i got that name right) like...i believe...as seen in Gordons book...it is unmarked and the center is not magnetic..weighes 21.5 grams so a bit light but it doesnt have the ribbon hanger loop....
well tell me what this is?...early display piece?...it is 3 piece construction...and the frame is high quality....

addition...i know this isnt a "real" as in iron core piece...but i have read about the zinc core "display" pieces...and was not able to find any information on them...i do not think this is lead..but ok...and i believe it is 3 piece...at least when i checked it out ..... i can deal with the cast part....does anyone have pics of a true zinc based piece?

These were commonly referred to as the N39 model, note the one piece casting making for a good solid throw.
