              appreciate you lookijng

This cross was just purchased by me.
It is coming with COA from Detlev Niemann and was obtained by me 2nd party from Barry Turk @ www.emedals.ca

Let me know what you think.

              Regards,
              2dresq907 Justin G.

Anyone know who "Jenn" is that answers most of Barry's inquires? His wife?

Justin, I believe these are 100% as discussed before here somewhere. It's unfortunate that Barry now uses a camera to take these pictures vs. Scans. They are always so dark or overexposed with the flash it is really difficult to see any details on items that are black or dark in color.

                    about www.emedals.ca

Jenn and Adam have both emailed me as well as Barry.
All have been extremely easy to converse with via email. I enjoy doing business with emedals.ca. I have only purchased one item, my SS eagle that so far has come into question on authenticity.
About 80% of my current collection came from his site.
                    Thanks,
                    Regards,
                    2dresq907

                      Hello there,

                      That's some pretty big beading.

WOW! Even these burnt ones look pretty nice!
If I may ask....was it considerably cheaper than a standard, non-burned RK, or not much cheaper?

This one was considerably cheaper almost half of what KC can go for.
                          One word of warning,
These awards are copied a lot. Look at online at sites that do reproductions. Some of the museum pieces/ A.K.A (Copies) seem to be in the Junker lazy 2.

All of us have had some misfortune in this field of collecting. I would suggest that you post pictures on this forum and *** forum site and let some people take a good hard look at a piece before you buy.

                          Hope that helps.

                            Really??

But joking aside, here is another (unrestored) RK form the burned lot. This one has the "imperial" loop. Since it seems that the ring (normally) sits lower than in your example - could it be that the ring was soldered on? It just sits really high! But it can also be an optical illusion! A nice cross at any rate!
