Little ribbon

Sorry if this is a dumb question but what is this little ribbon used for. I have not seen a miniature EK2?. There is about 3 feet of it

Tie straps for the larger RK ribbon...

Robert is correct, these narrow ribbons was for tie-straps. The larger 15mm ribbon (shown by Ben) was used for ribbon bars and ribbon rosettes.
