    Unk EKIIs

When I seen Robert's post on his Zimmerman's I thought I had finally found the maker of these two, but unfortunately not. Both of the following crosses are the same with exception.

    Cross A.

I have highlighted the beading error on this one and it is the same as Cross B. But the difference is that the swastika has been partially covered with the frame (picture on right side).

Cross B - this cross has the same die flaw on the top row of beadings, but the frame is normal around the swastika. I appreciate everyone's help in IDing these crosses. Jim

      Hi Jim,

can't help you with ID'ing, but are you sure these are original ek's???

The date is very shallow and " weak" on both, andt he swas on the first one looks a bit odd ...
(Might be caused by the sloppy paint though....)

      Best regards,
      Ben

I have a cross with the same "mistake"-I refer to the crooked frame that partially covers the swastika. Is this something to worry about?

The frame covering a part of the swas is not necessarily a problem, but look at the date of these crosses: very flat and undifined.
The swas of the first cross is a-symmetrical and looks like it is covered in latex

          odd....

I may be wrong, but given the looks of these two I would have passed....

          Best regards,
          Ben

            Too much color maybe?
