Could anyone explain what does exactly mean the "condition codes" that Niamann uses at his web?

I mean: I-, II, II+, etcetera.

Why not just email his shop and ask?

I take it to mean I = excellent condition, II = average condition, III = poor condition with the +/- the points in between, example: II+ better than average but not excellent.
