beerlover if it means anything I do think it was very harsh to suspend you from e-stand, I do not believe that you tried to knowingly sell a fake.

First of all I have to appologize that I have put this item on the e-stand.
I did not know that this award and the COA where both fakes.
It is getting crazier every day. I am not an expert and I guess I never will be one with all these good looking repro's.

I made another mistake. I was so honoust to admit the item was not mine.
Now the moderators acts like I am a criminal and they have suspended me from the e-stand.
I am fully aware I broke the rule but suspend me from the e-stand with out a warning is a bit crazy. Don't you think so ??
One of them said I must be gratefull because normally I should be expelled from the whole forum.

No killing, no raping - you simply broke the posted rules. No question about it, no grey area. Just because you didn't read them is not an excuse.

Why should you be special and treated differently than anybody else? Nobody hates you, nobody is picking on you, it's just the rules.

And trying to drum up sympathy on the open forum is up to you.

IF you had bothered to read the lines above the one you quote here, your question would have been answered.
No, we can't know it all (as I already stated....)

But this ain't an everyday item, is it??
It's not yours, so most likely you only know the history of this piece from what the owner told you.
No more, no less, hard to verify.

This E-Stand rule is pretty clear and exsists to prevent things like this to happen.
I think it is wiser to sit it out instead of trying to gain sympathy in this way, since this will do you no good.

I did read the rules but that was years ago.

Ben , I know the difference and I am permanent expelled.

If you got caught by the police because you forgot the seat belt you get a warning or a ticket but you can still drive your car because it is a small issue.

I got expelled for a small issue. Unbelievable.

As I mentioned to the moderator before , the nickname of WAF was:
