I'm afraid I have to agree with Ivan on the DKiG definitely NOT orginal. Much too many bad signs.

As for the RK's I will have a closer look but the pictures are not very sharp. Bad sign if you got those from the seller.

If you are about to spend that amount I think he should provide you with cristal clear pictures.

all comes with some other medals which is supposed to come from someone on in the Kriegsmarine, a Kapitänleutnant. The seller will provide the name of the receiver, he also says that it comes from the family.

What pictures should I ask for?

I'd love to see a photo of the RK recipient wearing his mine sweeper badge. That'd be my first request. I wonder how many sea mines were cleared on the way to winning the Entry Into Austria medal?

Take note this is NOT a round corner RK, a good thing.

What is so tough about sharp pictures nowadays?

I can think of one photo you should ask for: a photo of the seller, so you can identify him to the FBI and Interpol.

Seriously, though, these photos are terrible, and you would need dimensions and weights to go with them. You would also need some way to be sure that you can return them if they aren't good.
