KVK1 with Swords - 43 or 3?

Hello People,

This is my KVK1 that I bought in 2007. When I bought, I put photos here and said that was one Wilhem Deumer. But today, I was read the book "The War Merit Cross" of Williamson, and now I think that KVK1 is one 43 by Julius Bauer. Am I correct?

I think your original identification was the correct one and I would say that it is an example by Deumer. Look at the differences in the handles of the swords on the reverse, KVKs by Bauer are smooth and tapered, the examples by Deumer are more square and have the ridges of the grips defined.

Yes, this is the normal pin for their tombak KVKI. I have examples in both tombak and zinc. Even in zinc they used this pin, as well as the cokebottle pin.

Yes for the private outlet L/11 Deumer but not for the mm3 Deumer.
