    Hi,

    The cross is a maker #98, Souval. I think there are more people that have this cross by this maker with this defect. Did you do a search on the forum?

      thank you! so it's original then. it has no maker mark on the ring. i didn't know what this defect was called so i couldn't do a search. i did a search for "fake ek2" but couldn't find any ek2 with this defect. i'm glad it's original, i was thinking this was some unfinished fake. i didn't pay much for it but still...
