I recently purchased this medal fror next to nothing at a Movie set sale along with other items at a very good price. When i brought it home i took a look at it and discovered it had a number on the ring that holds the ribbon, it read 128, the center of it is magnetic and the rim is not, when i bought it i was told it was a repro, can anyone tell me if it is original or not. Any info on the number would be greatly appreicated.

128 is the firm of S. Jablonski G.m.b.H. Posen . Could very well be original, but it would greatly help if you have pictures of it, impossible to say for sure from description alone.
