After all of the threads about these Eks With the pointed points and the rounded inner corners I am a little gun shy.

It is not a Floch reproduction. From your pictures I would say it is an unmarked Souval based on a number of features I observe, for example, the clasp, the tail on the pin, and the points on the corners on the obverse to name a few.

The rim is definetely Souval and this company did supply quite some frames to ther companies.
