EK1 Spange screw back

I am getting this vets stash with a EK1 Spange with a female fitting on the back and no screw. It is well made but not marked. You guys ever seen one like that? I never have. Doug

It doesn't have a pin on the back of the eagle head to keep it straight up and down. I'm thinking even better detail and condition. Doug
