Does this device have any value to anyone. Im told the spange is on the wrong ribbon but could be used on correct ribbon by anyone? Im interested because my intensions to put it on estand. What would be a decent asking price?? Thank you in advance for any opinions given!!

Unless I'm wrong (nothing new there) the spange should be on a 1914 ribbon (i.e., black/white) not the 1939 ribbon. May be somebody tried to dress this up to be more than what it really is. EDIT: I see you already know it's on the wrong ribbon...as far as price, not sure.
