Two new EK's

I found two new EK2’s this weekend on a show here in Denmark.
I would very much appreciate any opinions on these EK’s.

The first one is quite mint… I noticed a “hump” where the little ring is attached.
I remember that I’ve seen these “humps” on Wachtler & Lange EK’s.
Can I assume that this is a cross from this manufacturer?

I’ve seen a lot of very mint Wachtler & Lange EK’s…. How come these EK’s often is found so mint?

The next one is marked 65. I have an EK1 marked 65 in my collection – And it has many similarities with this EK2.

I don`t know why wachtler crosses are so minty though.

I think you're right Bjoern and your first EK2 is indeed a unmarked Wachtel & Lange.

I think only the other week Frank H sold one on the estand.

Those are both beautiful pieces, be proud of 'em! And yes, Frank did sell a Wachtler and Lange last week. It's a nice looking one too. Good going Bjoern.
