Any thoughts(besides a poor pix)on this War Merit Cross?I was told the wreath was 'rounder' than normal.

I don't know how the wreath can be "rounder" than normal, since the wreaths are round, and "round" is "round"....
The screwplate looks like those on Souval EKs. The way the stabilizing pin is attached -- with the big plate -- is off-putting to me. It doesn't match pin on the Souval screwback in Forman's Guide. But that doesn't necessarily mean anything.
(I really wish that people presenting pieces for consideration -- be they vendors or just the owners -- would do their utmost to provide nice, clear, close-up pics.)GeorgeComment
