            Hi Daniel

Right as always, I need to learn to look better. At first glance it looked like a one and I left it at that. Looking at it under a loop all I can make out is a number but can't determine which one. Here is a picture of the makers stamp. My many apologizes for this mistake.

Is there any markings on the "jumpring"?
If I remember correctly, mm24 pretty often has another mark on the little "jumpring"

Some maker mark is there on the ribbon ring , what number it is will be very hard to determin !!!
Some 24s had extra marks on the side of the jump ring , mostly early one ... acorn and or X !

Being in a recest box one would think that the number whould show better ??
Isn't the 24 mm usualy just a surface stamped number ??

When I get home I will try and get better picture of the mark and look and see if there is another mark. What I can see of the last digit of the mark looks like "0" or "6". Thanks JIm

I'm with Danny. I think the first one is a 93, not 24. The 93 is also a wide frame style and the core does not resemble a 24. Most people see a wide frame and assume it's 24, but forget about 93.

Here's my 93. Compare. The frames on these are as wide or wider than a 24.
