    I dont like the back of this one, it looks rough and the pin looks way too new looking?

                    This one is really bad. I think the mark they are trying to reproduce is seen, in a somewhat similar form on combat awards, but not the Iron Cross. I wish all fakes were this easy to spot.

                          Nope.
                          A few years back I bought some stuff off eBay.
                          The seller was Sean Barry Weske.
                          The items I bought were original, but he had boxes full of copies as well.
                          He wrote that he made these as movie-props, and marked them SBW for fun.
                          That expalins the flimsy look, they were never produced to deceive anyone, and weren't meant to be sold either.

                          They still appear now and then, but they are easy to spot.

                          It is possible though taht these movie props are being faked now because some people think that SBW was a genuine maker.
