Spanish Cross Bronze mm 4 ???

I am in need of help from the forum. I just purchased a huge, old, collection of medals and badges, and I just don't know enough about some of them to tell for certain if they are real.

What do you think of this Spanish Cross in Bronze without swords maker marked with an incused 4 for Steinhauer and Luck?

Hey Sal, what is it you don't like about that SC?

It doesn't look like an S&L in so many ways. Aside from that look at the center swa, beak on eagles and the weird looking metal or finish. It is all wrong.
