Quick ID for this EKII

Hi all , can anyone help with the maker of this EK II as i have gone through most makers & can't find a perfect match . So hopefully one of the more upto scratch big guns may be able to pinpoint a maker

It looks OK, but it has a standard design and therefore it's hard to say a maker.

The maker 120 used a bigger loop ring
