EKII Round 3 For Opinions

I've been staring at archived pictures of round 3 EKs for hours, and still can't tell if this one is good or not (not mine) .

Closer shots would be better but from what I can see it looks good. Identical to mine here.

Does it rattle by any chance. i.e. loose core?

Thanks gents. Unfortunately I don't have it in hand to give it the rattle test. I guess the un-even 1813 date isn't worrysome? (the bottom of the "13" seems to be lower than the bottom of the "18"). A person could go blind studying these things!
