Makers of RK KVK

I have read in Mr. Williamsons book about the RK KVK.

I understand that there is four known makers of the RK KVK

Deschler
S&L?
Zimmermann
K&Q?

They all produce the RK w/Swords but what about RK w/o Swords.

I have only seen RK w/o Swords from Deschler and not from any other.
So does anybody have RK w/o Swords from other than Deschler?

Does anybody know how many RK KVK that were produced, there must be many more than the 300 awarded?
