Does this maker usually have the protrusion on the upper arm? I've seen it on a few other D&S crosses. Can anyone also tell me what other makers also include it? I've been wondering this for a while.

Yes, and Deumer crosses also have it, as do W&L, Juncker, and some others that I'm sure our other Forum participants will gladly list.
