Are you sure there is not a light # stamp after the L5? If not Visable then perhaps a Fake? L5 makes no connection on the known maker list, Is it perhaps a '15'? Post some photos of the cross and maker mark in aa new thread! I am interested in seeing it!

Sorry. I was looking at it upsidedown (and it is a very small stamp) it is actually "51".

I just paid the fair price of $268.00 with shipping and fees for my 'L/13' on the e-stand. You've also got to consider the condition of the catch (bent) on your cross.

Uuuuuggghhhh.....
I am getting a singing feeling. I did a little self research and dug up past threads of the "51" marked pieces... It does not look good for me! Amazing though! I took that EK1 (marked 51) to a reputable dealer for authentification at the SOS a few years ago and I got a complete "thumbs up" on the piece...
