EK2 can anyone ID the maker?

Hi guys i got a new camera today along with this EK2 thought i would test out the new cam and see if any of you cross gurus could be kind enought to id the maker on this one?

Take a look at the wierd area under the beading it seems to run nearly all the way around the cross.

The frame edge all seems to have this rough type of hand finishing to it.

Hi , thats a nice looking cross you got there bud . I think it is a 13 Gustav Brehmer but don't take that as gospel as i am still learning myself , so lets see what some of the others say .

It's maker 23 with the distinctive number design (like Meybauer).
