Just picked this up and I'm wondering if the iron crosses are from stickpins; they're quite detailed for being only 11/16 inch across. I figure that this is for a woman or child since the bracelet is only 7 inches long. Any ideas about it? Mass produced or custom? Thanks in advance

There is a sight ridge on the back which I posit is a guide for attaching the pin, if these are indeed for stickpins. My thought is that this bracelet was custom made by a woman working for an awards manufacturer But its impossible to tell if no one has any info as to whether its custom jewelry or a mass produced fund raising item.
