    EK11, mm 113,115,or118?

Please can you help me out on this one?

I reckon the mm mark is 11?, could it be 113, 115(probably not!), or 118?

Or have I got it totally wrong?

Sorry if the photos are too bad!!

    Any other suggestions?

    Allan

119 was my first thought just based on what I can see. Then I looked at the cross a bit more and it looks like it's a one-piece?? You sure this one is even original?

                  IMO a fake.
                  I don't believe that there are one-piece EK II's with an PKZ-number.

If its one piece (looks like plated copper) and the ring has that obvious cut in it, I'm in thinking that its a repro with a genuine suspension loop that is probably from a salty old dug up relic...

On the most recent list of period EKII manufacturers we have, 119 (unknown) was not even an EKII maker. ...???

So, is this ring even real, and if so, which other medal did it come off of?

Gents, I think the manufacturers stamp resembles a "113".. I tried to get a shot of mine, but it was tricky, as it's quite weak, the light reflects, camera sucks, etc.. What do you think, ring from a mm 113 cross (check em if you got em)?

                          Allan,

Does the maker mark resemble this?

                            Rob,

I think that is the nearest comparison to the mark on the ring.

I'm not sure if it is a one piece cross, look at the first pic, it seems to show that there are two frames, slightly out of line. Of course, this could be a rough finish to the edges of a one pice cross also.
Can you post a pic of the edges of the EK please Allan?
