Iron Cross cloth version

Here is my new EK I
It's a cloth version with very good treatment and in very good condition. The back side is with paper and there is a maker's label.

From these clothtypes exist very good fakes, but if you compare both you detect the differents. The fakes are without backside paper (this fakes which I know), the cross is 2 mm to big and the silver thread is to shiny/new.

Möchte hier ein sehr gut erhaltenes EK I in der Stoffversion vorstellen.
Es ist super verarbeitet, trotz des sichtbaren Alters ist es noch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auf dem rückseitigen Deckpapier befindet sich sogar noch der Hersteller drauf.

Leider gibt es gerade von dieser Version gut gelungene Kopien. Leider fallen einem nur beim direkten Vergleich die Unterschiede auf. Zum einem ist bei den Kopien kein Abdeckpapier hinten drauf (zumindest bei denen die ich in der Hand hatte), die Maße des EK's waren ca. 2 mm größer und das Silbergespinnst sieht sehr neu (zu neu) aus.

Hi grueni , can you tell me why with the TR quality control being of a very high standard especially in the early days that these cloth version ek's are not the best quality considering they were factory made ?

Maybe these makers were no members of the LDO etc.
They are privat makings. At the moment I know 4 different cloth versions.
