I really think it would help him to explain why you feel this particular spange is a fake. I don't know spanges too well and the information would help more people out. Thanks.

we've seen this repro a thousand times, do a search for fake spange and it'll show up. This is the most common fake. Look for the right side straight bottom wing feather edge, also it's marked L/11 (or L/1!) and it is not an L/11
there is a finite selection of good EK2 spangen, if you do your homework(alot) you'll quite quickly start seeing what's authentic and what's not
this spange should be every spangen collector's lesson 1
