    It's a very nice and very, very rare parade mount EK II in a one piece construction.
    I have the same EK II version on parade mount, too.

    One of the possible maker's could be Paul Küst. He had a licence for "decorations", but not for the EK II production.
    The distinctive features for "decorations" is a simple production (one piece construction).
    I saw these type of EK II only on parade mounts. There are packets of this maker, too.
